Complete pre-session work: To help us get started and stay aligned, you may need to complete pre-session activities, like intake assessments or reflection exercises. This ensures we’re focusing on the most relevant areas for your goals.
Engage actively during our sessions: Come prepared, stay present, and be open to exploring new ideas. Your input during our sessions is key to making progress and crafting actionable steps that feel right for you.
Take responsibility for your action steps: The changes we work on together are most effective when you take ownership. Commit to the small, sustainable actions you set for yourself between sessions to stay on track.

Supplement Prescription: I cannot prescribe or recommend specific supplements. If you are considering supplements, I recommend discussing them with your healthcare provider.

We’ll begin with a complimentary discovery call to discuss your unique challenges, goals, and vision for your health. During this call, we’ll determine if we’re a good fit and how I can best support you.

You'll select the coaching program that best aligns with your goals. Whether you're looking for a quick reset, a deeper transformation, or a long-term commitment, I’ll help guide you in choosing the option that fits your lifestyle.

In our first coaching session, we’ll explore your wellness history, evaluate your current habits, and establish clear, actionable goals. Together, we’ll craft a personalized wellness action plan to serve as your roadmap for success.

After the initial session, we’ll meet regularly (weekly or bi-weekly) to track your progress and adjust your plan as needed. I’ll provide continued support, including resources and tools if you need them, while you focus on making sustainable changes that lead to lasting transformation.

At the end of your program, we’ll reflect on your progress and celebrate your successes. Depending on where you’re at, we’ll explore your next steps: You may feel confident in maintaining your momentum on your own, or you might prefer an occasional check-in for continued accountability. Or you may choose to keep building on your progress by joining a group program or accessing additional resources like digital tools or self-guided programs. Whatever path you choose, I’ll be here to support your ongoing wellness journey.

Clients opting for a One-Time Wellness session will begin with a Discovery Call, followed by their one-time wellness session. This session combines initial goal-setting, personalized guidance, and actionable next steps, offering a snapshot of how health coaching can support your wellness journey, even in a single session.
Individual Accountability Sessions are designed for returning clients seeking support with the same goals from a prior program. These sessions don’t require a discovery call and are focused on helping you get back on track with your wellness goals.
