We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our Refund Policy applies as follows:
Digital Products and Services
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable resources, online courses and self-guided wellness programs, webinars, etc.), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the purchase is completed unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Subscription Services
If you are subscribed to a recurring service, you may cancel your subscription at any time directly within your account. If you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next period. However, payments already made are non-refundable.
Health Coaching Services
At Fork4Life, we are committed to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals through personalized coaching. Please carefully review our refund policy, which applies to all health coaching services, including individual and group sessions, packages, and ongoing programs. By engaging in our health coaching services, you agree to the following refund terms:
No Guarantee of Results
While we are committed to supporting you through the coaching process, health coaching is a client-led and collaborative journey. The outcomes of coaching depend not only on the process and support provided by the coach but also on your active participation and willingness to implement the goals and action items that you set for yourself. As such, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed, and coaching should be viewed as a process of personal growth and progress, rather than a guarantee of any particular outcome.
We do not offer refunds based on outcomes, but we are dedicated to working with you to ensure that your experience is positive, engaging, and effective to the best of our ability.
One-Time Sessions & Quick Start Programs (Less than 3 Months)
Our “one-time” or “quick start” coaching sessions and programs involve pre-work and preparation tailored specifically to your session. These sessions are non-refundable once purchased. However, we understand that circumstances may change, so if you need to reschedule your one-time session or quick start program, you can do so at no cost within 7 days of purchase if the rescheduled session(s) begins within 14 calendar days of the signed coaching agreement.
Long-Term Coaching Packages or Programs (3 Months of More)
For coaching packages or programs of 3 months or more, we offer a 50% refund within 30-days of the coaching agreement and payment date. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase or prior to your second session (whichever comes first).
After the 30-day period or after the second session, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected life events or medical issues may affect your ability to continue with coaching. If you are unable to continue the program due to personal illness or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. In some cases, we may be able to offer rescheduling, or a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
To prevent misuse, we reserve the right to request reasonable documentation, such as a doctor’s note or proof of the personal circumstances affecting your ability to continue coaching.
How to Request a Refund
If you need to request a refund or discuss any issues related to your coaching services, please contact us at info@fork4life.com with your order and coaching details. We will respond to your inquiry within 2-3 business days.
Service Delivery Delays
In the rare event that we are unable to deliver coaching services due to illness or other unavoidable circumstances, we will notify you promptly and work to reschedule as soon as possible. If coaching services cannot be delivered within a 30-day time frame, a full refund for the session(s) not delivered will be issued.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this policy regularly. By continuing to use our services after changes have been posted, you agree to the updated terms.
