 At Fork4Life, we are committed to ensuring you have seamless access to the services and resources you've purchased. Below is an overview of how we fulfill our offerings, including health coaching, digital products, and self-guided courses: 

Review of Service Descriptions & Discovery Call 

We believe that clear communication is key to your success, which is why we provide detailed service descriptions for all our offerings, including health coaching, meal plans, and self-guided courses. These descriptions help you understand exactly what’s included with your purchase. 

Health Coaching Services
Before you purchase health coaching, we require all clients to schedule a complimentary discovery call. This call is an opportunity to set expectations, discuss your goals, and answer any questions you may have about the coaching process. It also helps both you and us to ensure we're a good fit for your needs. 

We strongly recommend that you carefully review the service descriptions and ask any questions during the discovery call (for coaching clients) or via our support email at info@fork4life.com before making any purchase. 

By purchasing any service or digital product, you confirm that you have reviewed the relevant service descriptions and agree to the terms outlined for that service. 

Health Coaching Services 

All health coaching services are delivered through our practice management system, Healthie. To access your coaching sessions, complete intake forms, and track your progress, you’ll need to: 

  • Sign up for a Healthie account: You will receive an invitation to create your account in Healthie if you decide to purchase coaching services after a discovery call. Once your account is set up, you can log in anytime to schedule, reschedule, or review your coaching sessions. 

  • Attend Scheduled Coaching Sessions: Sessions will be conducted through Healthie’s secure video call platform, or via phone if agreed upon in advance. You will receive reminders and a link to join the session via email through the platform. 

Recipes & Nutrition Related Resources 

Access to our recipe and nutrition-related resources are provided via Meal Garden, a digital platform offering recipes, meal planning tools and nutrition-related educational materials.  

To access these materials: 

  • Setup a Meal Garden account: After purchasing a Meal Garden access pass, program, or digital product, you’ll receive an invitation with instructions to set up your Meal Garden account. From there, you’ll be able to access your purchased materials, as well as complimentary content. 

  • Access to Materials: Once logged into Meal Garden, you will be able to explore the resources and features associated with your purchase. You can download and print the available resources for your convenience. 

  • Trial Period Access: During the trial period, you’ll have access to a limited selection of resources to help you decide whether you'd like to continue with a paid subscription. 
     

We offer access to recipes and nutrition-related resources to support your wellness journey. Fork4Life does not prescribe or sell therapeutic meal plans, although we can support you in your self-directed meal planning process as part of your overall wellness goals.  

Self-Guided Courses and Programs 

Our self-guided courses and programs are available for purchase through our Squarespace website. Once you complete your purchase, you will: 

  • Receive an email with access details: This will include a link to log in to your course portal (if applicable) or download any course content.  

  • Access Course Materials: Once logged into your course portal, you can access videos, worksheets, modules, or any other content included in the course. These materials are available on-demand. 

Technical Requirements

To access any of the digital platforms mentioned above, you must: 

  • Have a working email address to receive your invitations to sign up for Healthie and Meal Garden. 

  • Have internet access and a device capable of logging into the respective portals (e.g., smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer). 

  • Use compatible web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) to ensure smooth access to your digital content and video sessions. 

Timeliness of Fulfillment 

  • Health Coaching Sessions: Your coaching sessions will be delivered according to the schedule outlined in your coaching agreement. Sessions are conducted live and must be scheduled through your Healthie portal. 

  • Course Purchases: Courses are available immediately upon payment. You’ll have access to the course portal once payment is processed. Access to course materials may be granted instantly or within 24 hours, depending on the course setup. 

  • Meal Garden Services: Access is granted upon purchase, and you can start exploring and using the materials immediately. 

Access and Account Issues 

If you experience any issues accessing your coaching sessions, recipe or nutrition related resources, or courses (e.g., technical issues with Healthie, Meal Garden, or Squarespace), please contact our support team at info@fork4life.com immediately. We will work quickly to resolve any technical difficulties. 

Important Notes on Fulfillment 

  • Digital Nature of Services: All our services are digital and do not involve physical product shipments. Upon purchasing, you’ll gain access to your respective platform or materials, which are provided instantly or according to the specified delivery timeline.  

  • Platform Access: You are responsible for managing your account details on the platforms (HealthieMeal Garden, and Squarespace). If you forget your password or need assistance with login, please follow the “forgot password” instructions or contact their support team. Changes to This Fulfillment Policy 

We reserve the right to update or modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this policy regularly. By continuing to use our services after changes have been posted, you agree to the updated terms.
